People put content into the system (where it is immediately accessible by any ATG employee) via an atom. Meta data about the content and the author accompany each atom along with a simplified rating system and filtering preferences for personalization. Community features such as discussions, customizable home pages, user presence and profiles make Plasma seem less like a tool and more like an environment where things are happening.
