bravo!: personalized user environments

The Bravo! user environment is generated dynamically, based upon the user's role as instructor or student. Within the learning environment, students can access course materials, annotate resources, and participate in course activities. The Instructional Environment (shown here) offers course creation and management tools. These tools allow professors to structure course schedules and materials into units of study called Lesson Packets. Lesson Packet Creation tools are flexible so that instructors can construct courses in ways that are familiar to them, or follow a structure and process provided by the application. Instructors can design courses that include interactive activities, such as assessments, polls, or discussions and can also view aggregate results of an activity and monitor an individual student's performance.
